THE BARRIERS ON THE STREETS ARE REMOVED ONE AFTER ONE WITH SUPPORT OF ALANYA MUNICIPALITY

The accessibility supporting team specially established by the Alanya Municipality to support the active participation of people with disabilities in social life and to create a city without barriers, continues its road-pavement repair works on the 25-meter Street.

The “Barrier-Free City Alanya” project, a vision of the Alanya Mayor Adem Murat Yücel, continues to grow day by day. The road-pavement repair works that makes most of Alanya city center accessible for people with disabilities has been started with delivery of the 25-meters Road under the ​​responsibility of the Alanya Municipality.

TODAY 1100 OBSTACLES HAVE BEEN REMOVED

The accessibility supporting team established by the Alanya Municipality has been continuously revising the old road-pavement that is not suitable for people with disabilities 6 days a week since 2015. The team continues to work at full speed so that people with disabilities can move more comfortably on the roads and pavements by removing 1100 obstacles up to the date.
